I needed a door for my motorcycle shed/garage and wanted something other than a standard garage door. I did some on-line research and comparison and decided to purchase from buydorrsdirect.com. I used their on-line ordering tool to configure my door and placed my order late in the day. Early the next morning, I received a call to review my order. During that call we discovered that what I needed was a little different than what I ordered and the order was corrected. A few days later the truck arrived with my door. Installation instructions were clear and accurate, and the installation went well. About 4 months later, the door opener failed and I called to get some help. I was immediately connect to a technician who diagnosed the problem - the circuit board had partially failed. He sent a no-charge replacement circuit board under warranty and walked me through the replacement when it arrived in a couple of days. I got a call back from their customer service department a few days later making sure everything was working with my door.
Overall, a great experience and I'd highly recommend them.
