I brought my truck in for what I thought would be a routine repair since most of the damage was cosmetic. When I picked up the truck it was raining and the truck was parked outside so I was only able to look at it quickly and drove off. When I had an opportunity to look at it the next day I saw that there were areas of damage from the accident that were not fixed at all, and areas that were painted over without being sanded or filled.I immediately called the shop regarding the oversights and sent pictures. I then made arrangements a full week ahead to bring the truck back and have it fixed. I was assured there would be a loaner car for me at the time of drop off. However, I arrived at the agreed upon day and time there was no loaner car and I was nonchalantly told I should come back Wednesday. The quality of the work is shoddy and disregard for my time is appalling. I have called and sent e-mails to the body shop mgr, service mgr and even the owners with no results! They never fixed it
