Review content:
I brought an old utility truck (not worth $1500) in for an oil change and to check out a leak. They came back with over $2000 worth of repairs. I laughed and had them fix the leak ($300). I took the truck home and coincidentally my truck did not start the next morning because my alternator mysteriously went out. Under warranty, they towed it back to the shop and said that it would cost me another $450. My choices were to donate it or have them fix it, which is what I chose. But even more insulting, they tried to sell me up again with another $1200 of new and additional repairs. \r

Funny thing is that the truck was running fine when I pullled into the shop for the oil change. My problem with their conduct was that they knew the truck was not worth much, but they continued to look me in the eye and tell me that I should get the proposed repairs because of how nice my truck was. Their persistent sell-up tactic is annoying and insulting.
