Review content:
Took Ford Escape aunt and uncle bought new from this stealership in for what was the 3rd head gasket: Original factory bad at 45k, replacement done by Webb now confirmed leaking again by trusted mechanic who cleaned area and observed leaking head gasket now at 96k. Trans also went bad on this vehicle, along with a front axle. Told service advisor, John Rainone, all this, they said they'd look at it. Called back and said wasn't head gasket leaking, was timing cover gasket. Small problem there though: Head gasket already confirmed leaking by trusted garage, also, timing cover gasket doesn't leak uphill to head gasket. Refused service on behalf of relatives, took it to trusted local garage who ended up doing job. Turns out it was head gasket, had large scratch in it from whoever did job previously at Webb. If you can't trust an established dealer to make right their screw up on what is basically a disaster vehicle as far as reliability, how can you trust them at all? Avoid at all costs.
