Businiess name:  Sparkle Cleaners

Review content:
This business does not care about its customers. I brought my cleaning here for a year, spending almost $30 a week. I always asked for no crease in my pants, but last month they put a deep crease in a pair of navy cotton pants. They tried to clean them again, but a deep white mark remained where the crease had been pressed. They had ruined my pants. After 20 minutes of negotiating with the owner, he agreed to give me a $65 credit for the cost of the pants. When I came in the next week, however, he had changed his mind: He remembered giving me the credit but had since decided that it was not their fault after all. I reminded him of our agreement and the fact that I had been giving them steady business for over a year. He shrugged his shoulders, clearly not concerned. I told him I would take my business elsewhere and that's what I will do.
