We did a renovation of our pool. It was done with great work and quality, and are NOW very happy. BUT gray Dolphin CONSTRUCTION and SERVICE, are two different companies, but owned by the brother for Construction, and sister for SERVICE. However Service is fantastic! HOWEVER the work CONSTRUCTION, took FOREVER!! Would come once a week up to two weeks, sometimes would come for an hour, workers would steal our mangoes, bucket full, and leave. Very messy, we have kids, wouldn't clean up after themselves, would blame the paver guy, or the concrete guy for all the left behind debris! They said it would take 1.5 months to resurface our pool and change motor, well it took four months! plus we ordered a certain paver, and came with the wrong ones!! To top it off, the workers would DEFECATE in a bucket or side of the pool, AND LEAVE IT THERE!! Robert wouldn't return my calls, I had an issue with a pool ladder that had to be replaced because the concrete guys didnèt think it would matter to not
