We brought our wonderful old lab in who was suddenly, totally out of the blue, unable to walk, miserably sick, etc. Vet (who amazingly kept repeatedly telling me, in detail, how awful he felt with his head cold) told me our dog had just eaten something "off", but that he would be fine, and to take him home. I refused, and asked that he be monitored overnight. Spoke to the office the next day, and was told the same thing, and to come pick him up, which we did; he was so weak he couldn't walk out to the car, but was still told he'd be just fine. Got him home, made him as comfortable as possible, and he died that night, with my kids sleeping on the floor next to him. And the bill for their "care"? $1,600.00. I'm only giving a star because the system requires one; this place certainly doesn't deserve even that. FIND ANOTHER EMERGENCY VET.
