The Doctor tried giving my dog all the shots she already had without asking ne because the staff forgot to mark down that they already did them.( they did not forget to charge me) I tried asking general questions and no one could answer me, they talked down to me and left ne waiting for 45 min. before they told me the Dr.was done and not retiring to the room. Then tried to charge me over $40 for 1dose of flea medication after they told ne it would be $10. I will NEVER return.
