Review content:
The wait is a long one. The place isn't very clean or organized. The lady that was doing the taxes did not seem to know she was doing exactly not a professional for sure. They specialize in taxes. It is easy to get an appointment. It is pretty much you walk in and get help. I think they charge to much money to fill out some papers. They lost my husband w2's and did not claim it right. Now were are having to pay a lot of money to the irs. I would recommend h&r block. Just not that location.
