Review content:
We have only lived here for about a month. We were not able to see our apartment before moving in. Overall, we were mostly satisfied. They replaced our fridge because the one in the apt was old and the seal was broken. The microwave is also old, with dials instead of a touchpad. The microwave in the model is brand new of course, and we feel the appliances in the apts shouldn't be too much older than the mode.
Some of the baseboards had damage which should have been taken care of before we moved in.
The good parts are the size of the apartment and the fireplace. There are vaulted ceilings and a nice wetbar.
I would reccommend Lakeview Village, but make sure you see the actual apartment you are moving into before you do.
PROS: size, fireplace, vaulted ceilings
CONS: older appliances
