i had a pet emergency and they fit me right in. not only that but made me and my cat very comfortable while in the office. i have three cats and they have all seen different dr. in that office. all are kind and well spoken when it comes to telling you what your cats needs and recomends things you might want to do in the future, ie: dental, shots, ect... i love customer service and they have got it. from the first phone call to the check out at your visit.\r
