The very first person to greet me was this RUDE woman who yelled at me AND the receptionist and made me fill out forms that were unneccessary ( all the needed info had been given to them over the phone before I arrived). So, needless to say, I was already aggravated. Then, she snatched my kitten from me, and stormed off to the back. I asked if I could go back with the kitten, and was told "No". Then, a couple in the waiting room had made the hard decision to euthanize their dog, and the freakin VET came out from the back room and walked out to the parking lot and euthanized their dog RIGHT THERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOT!!!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes. Next, the "doctor" (who looked more like a tech) came out and supposedly "diagnosed" my cat, which I later found out was an innacurate diagnosis. After spending 5 minutes with me, the "doctor" left, and I asked the receptionist if it would be possible for me to see him again becau
