I agree with a previous review. They have progressively gotten worse with customer service and quality. They groomed my Persian cat and cut her several times, including cutting her nipple off and a chunk of her ear! Then when we picked her up they had lost our crate and claimed we didn't bring one. After going up there three times we finally got our crate back. We didn't have to pay for the grooming but were still very dissatisfied with this place.
