Review content:
We had a very bad experience. Check in went smoothly until we unlocked and opened our room door. The room was already taken and a scantily clad woman in the bed began to yell at us to get out. Very embarrassing!! Then we were given another room and to our horror we walked in on an occupied room again. Once is bad enough but twice is beyond belief. We were also charged a $12 parking pass and we didn't even have a car. Room was okay, no toilet paper, heard several other people at the front desk with the same "no tp" complaint. Won't go there again-stay at the Omni Severin.
