Review content:
I went into Alpharetta Internal Medicine to pick up a perscription for my husband (after telephone instructions from the nurse to do so). I was met with a snide attitude from a young brunette with a pie face who must have been having a very bad day. My request was received with fierce resistance and a lecture on their policies. After 10 minutes or more, she finally went to the back and brought out the perscription (now was that so hard?) So much of my time was wasted with her bad manners when all I was doing was picking up a perscription. When I think of all the money we have paid AIM over the years, it is shameful the way we are treated by their front desk staff. It is time for the doctors to drain that swamp and hire some people who are pleasant to the patients.
