Avoid pinnacle highland at at costs! The year I have lived here has been by far the worst renting experience I have ever had, I am literally counting the days until my lease ends. This apartment complex fails when compared to any other complex of a similar nature and price range in the area. The grounds are littered in garbage and dog feces, the apartments themselves are riddled with problems and the appliances all function very poorly. They will tell you when you tour the complex that your apartment will come with new appliances, what that means is that other apartments owned by the same company received new appliances and the ones removed from those apartments were then installed in yours. The heating and cooling systems work very poorly and cost tenants a fortune due in part to how poorly insulated the apartments are. All that pails in comparison to what is by far the worst part about the living experience, which is the tenants here. The leasing office rents the units here to anyone
