I had previously used this company with good results, however this past experience was so bad that I will no longer use them. I went into the Market St location to get a tire repaired. They were very busy which I understood so I waited for about and hour and 45 minutes to have the repair done. By the time that I reached work and parked my car I realized that my hubcap was missing along with the valve stem cover. I called the company and advised them that it was missing. They checked and said they did not have it and ended the call. My fiance then called them and advised that it was their fault that it fell off as it is attached by the lug nuts so they obviously did not put it on correctly. They got rude with my fiance about the missing hub cap and the call got terminated. My fiance came to my work to check the lug nuts on the tire because he was concerned that they weren't on correct. He was right, they were extremely loose. When my fiance called to tell him this they told him if
