Locate on Flower St across from Nokia Theater and Staple.Good amenities and 24 hr prompt services.Dog/cats welcome. They have theater room with huge touch screen tv that you can reserve if you want a privacy, Social lounge/room you can use for social gathering. The design of this apartment are very modern contemporary. Most of the wall are concrete give you the industrial looking and they have parking on every floor so if you live on 4th floor you park on 4th floor which was quite convenience when i have to carry a lot of groceries. Con tho about guess parking they never seem to have quite enough. Also if your room facing the court yard not only that you can see what is your neighbor watching you also hear everything that people in the court yard say in the middle of the night. The rent i would say are higher than a lot of places around that area but its downtown LA and if you can afford it go for it.
