Review content:
Terrible customer service. I ordered "post and rail" fence to be installed by my own installer. Sales lady at the counter calculated how many sections and extra posts are needed. She also calculated lengths of 3 custom-size sections, to my measurements and drawing. I was told I don't have to be home for the delivery. My installer noticed that one of the custom-sized sections is not cut to the correct size. They made me take 3 rails to their store to be cut to size and charged me for cutting. When I said that THEY calculated all the necessary lengths, I was told that "she did me a favor by spending her time doing that". Next day we learned that we were 3 rails short (posts were OK). I went to the store AGAIN just to learn that I have to pay for rails they charged me for once but did not deliver. Company owner told me that they count material twice and it is impossible that they made a mistake (apparently I stashed 10' cedar rails in my briefcase just for fun!) Buy somewhere else!
