So I contacted OSVS at 3am back in October about my cat, who was displaying agonal breathing and obvious decrease in consciousness. The lady on the other end was ridiculously rude, telling me that I needed to come in right away, he might have cancer, I should be more responsible... right. I hung up with her and attempted to put my cat in his little carrier to take him, but right then and there, he passed away. Came to find out it was CHF, but of course I had a hard time believing my cat was dead, so I called OSVS asking for how do I know my cat is really dead, and luckily the second time around I got a nicer person, who was a bit more compassionate. However, I still was left with a bitter taste in my mouth from the first receptionist (aka Dr. wanna-be-vet). \r \r Fast forward, a little over a month, and my neighbor's cat's leg broke. They went in to see if they had a payment plan, and what was OSVS's response? "We don't have payment plans for fracture treatments, but we do for euthanasia
