and i love them. my poor kitten had a horrid cold, and wouldn't eat cuz his nose was all stuffed up, and they actually had a bulb syringe they used on him, which cleared his nose enuff that he could eat, and then they gave us pills to give him, but they were supposed to be half doses, so they cut the pills for us. and the docs are soo nice too. but it was really the techs who made our expereince there a good one. i totally recommed them if you have a cat-i dunno about any other animal, but i bet they'd be awesome with ferrets and such also.
