Gym is overpriced and if you ever have a customer service issue be prepared for the corporate run around! \r
We have been members since Colorado Spring has opened (now we are members in the Woodlands). We have always paid our bills on time and we have brought countless members to Villa Sport. We asked for our membership to remain on hold while my wife had complications with her pregnancy and you took us off hold without notification. How about a phone call? A letter? Then we get the corporate run around about how noone has the authority to refund our membership dues for the period. We had a baby in the NICU and thousands of dollars in medical bills and all you do is kick those that are down. What kind of organization is this that treats people like this. I would expect this type of treatment from a bookie not a high class fitness club. High class gym? Low class organization is the way I feel. Corporate run around. Spoken to 20 people, noone can seem to pull the trigger. On
