Very disappointing! The management is aweful. They do not take members complaints or suggestions seriously, instead they just make up excuses and are condescending to their members. The child care is marginal. The instructors are way too into themselves and do not try to help members but they just stick to their own agenda no matter how the class feels about the exercises or concern for getting hurt while doing the exercises. They raise prices for no reason and are way too overpriced for what you get. \r
The Woodlands does not have a lot to offer in terms of health clubs so you are pretty much stuck with a lack luster, badly managed, don't give a damn attitude overpriced facility.
