Keith, your plastic coolant tank was cracked, ten years old and leaking (I showed it to you). The tank was replaced 4/15/10 @ $123.40 including labor (not $200). You came back in 7 months with a different leak that was now inside the car. In an attempt to "accommodate" you , we subtracted the $40 check out from your last oil change(remember?). Now 11 months after the first coolant tank, you demanded that we foot the bill for unrelated tail light issues or you'll "ruin our reputation online"? As we mentioned after your failed extortion attempt, you probably have a blown head gasket. Have you noticed the rough idle and check engine light that you now have but didn't have or mention on the first two visits? I have no problem standing behind my repairs, but you needed the tank AND the new one is not leaking. Please research the tank, the heater core and headgasket online before visiting your next shop. I still wish you and the next shop well.
