I have had dogs all my life and tried several Veterinarians in the area. When I walked into East Lake the atmosphere was warm and friendly, they have a Pet Orphanage inside the hospital which impressed me because I felt like this was a place that truly cared about animals. There are several complaints about the prices of this hospital but I felt like my pets had a more thorough exam than they have had in the past and I liked the way the staff took the time to answer my questions and explain things in detail, without making me feel like they were trying to rush me out the door.I left feeling confident that if there had been a problem it would not have been overlooked. In a nutshell you get what you pay for, sure there are less expensive places but if you consider your pets a part of your family as I do, I want a veterinarian that I can trust to give my pet the best quality of life they can have.
