My wife and I went here in hopes of finding two new cell phones. We already have Sprint service, and we've had it for long enough that we should win a prize. Oh, wait, we do. We get to receive a $150 credit on each of two new phones since we've been with them so insufferably long. Because I go up north where the cell coverage is abysmal, I need a phone with a port for an external antenna. I was floored when the SALES REPS at this store didn't even know such a thing existed. They weren't knowledgeable about the differences in the plans available, either. I wonder, really, why they are even there if they know neither about the phones nor the plans. I haven't purchased our new phones yet. We've been searching out non-Sprint options.
