My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area from Statesboro, GA. This was our first big move, from 5 hours away, and we wanted to make sure that the place that we decided on was one that we could see ourselves spending at least the next 5 years in.\r

It was 3 weeks before school was to start, which means that all of the property rental companies in Auburn were sure to be slammed with students and parents. At Northcutt, this did not seem to be an issue. We were helped AS SOON AS we walked in the door.....no waiting time at all! We were shocked.\r

We then told the nice woman, who helped us for well over 20 minutes, which property we wanted to view. While she looked up the address, my boyfriend and I were talking to ourselves about how we were suprised at how inexpensive the rent seemed to be on the 3 bedroom triplex we were looking at.
