I was working with Roxanne to get a quote for wedding flowers. Her emails were always very short and unenthusiastic, so I wasn't very excited about our meeting, but when I met with her, she was very nice and helpful. She provided an incomplete quote at our meeting, which would be completed once the layout for the reception had been finalized. Since then, I emailed her and asked for her to work within my budget, and she has refused twice. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't money buy flowers? If I give you $5, give me one flower, if I give you $100, give me $20 flowers. I'm offering her money, so she should give me the flowers that I'm able to pay for. Well, no. I'm guessing she did not like my budget and is hoping someone will come along who is willing to pay more.
