I took my dog to this facility. The staff and vet were very nice and friendly to me and my dog. I had gotten estimates on the phone previously to coming and knew what I'd be spending. I guess everyone gets an estimate before any work is performed on the animal which is a good thing. The estimate I was given was more than twice what they quoted me on the phone. The vet had added tests and procedures that had been done on my dog just months before. They then took my dog out of the examination room to a room in the back. She was there for routine shots, heartworm test, nail trim, etc. I did not get to see them administer any of the tests or give the shots. The only thing I did know for sure is that they trimmed the nails. I have had animals all my life and have NEVER had any vet take my dog to another room to draw blood or give immuninations. I was also told that they would call me with the heartworm test results on Monday. I've always been given the results right away, so thi
