To the others that say this snotty, arrogant woman hung up on them; I share your experience. . She gives new meaning to the word rude. I wonder how they treated my dogs after she was rude with me. My dogs are not skittish. For two days they acted stressed out. For anyone whose dogs meand the world to them, do not take your babies there. I shudder to think how they treated my dogs. It's obvious the reviewer who called the other reviewer "lazy" for not grooming their dogs themselves, is indeed the owner herself. its not for you to say why they have their dogs groomed. And gee, if everyone weren't "lazy," and groomed their dogs themselves, then it seems there wouldn't be a need for groomers, would there? This is obviously the opinion of the owner herself, who views herself as a martyr for all "lazy" people. Your rudeness and unprofessionalism will catch up with you someday sweetie.
