Scam. Do you see the two reviews where "loose diamonds" were found during the cleaning of people's rings? They did that to me. They kept me standing and waiting in the shop for over an hour while they tried to replace a simple leather watch strap (they had had the watch for a week to do the work and hadn't) and as I stood and stood and was ignored, one of the staff offered to clean my engagement ring for free. The news was brought to me that one of the diamonds was loose and for $70 they would reinforce my platinum-set Tiffany engagement ring, these people who can't replace a watch strap. I declined. The watch strap they installed didn't fit, snagged my clothes, and had to be replaced with a correct sized one at a real jeweler's. This place is ridiculous and dishonest. I would absolutely never step inside this shop again.
