Pioneer Exteriors is very sorry for your unpleasant experience back in 2008. It is certainly not the way we expect our employees to conduct themselves. Since 2008 we have had a complete changeover in our sales force, no one has an "attitude". Although your dealings with us were the steps prior to any purchases, or work done, please accept our sincere apologies for the way things were handled at that time. As the owner of Pioneer Exteriors, had I known what had occurred, it would have been addressed then.
