DO NOT GO TO HEAVENLY MASSAGE!\r \r Had a massage at the Buff Grv location. There were 3 customer svc people at the front desk, all of whom were gossiping with a male customer by shouting across the "relaxing" waiting room. I wasn't asked to complete a new client intake (medical history) which is required for certified massage therapists - and, unfortunately, didn't notice at first because I was so put off by the customer "service." I was injured during the massage and spent many, many hours trying to speak to a manager to get my money back (not to mention medical bills paid). In 8 attempts, no one would give me any info to escalate my complaint to the GM/Owner, Jimmy Bakopoulos, or anyone else. Finally, at the owner's instruction, they informed me they wouldn't give me a refund unless I signed a document stating I'd received the refund (how's that for a catch-22?) and a waiver releasing them from responsibility.
