Be careful, the management office will pretty much take all your deposit away. If you return your apartnment very clean, no nails or holes on walls, no paint scratch, no touch up work required, you probably will get 15% to 20% of your deposit back. \r

During final inspection before you move out, the inspector would only verbally tell you the apartment ONLY needs touch-up paint job and carpet cleaning (keep in mind I am talking about your apartment is clean and no fixing work required). You will not be able to get any written document as to what needs to be done and how much it would cost. Even if you ask, you will be told charges are not available and infomation needs to be entered in the computer first. \r

When you receive your refund check for your deposit, you will notice only 15%-20% of your deposit is returned to you without any information on how the money was used. You have to call the management office for the breakdown, then you will see additional charges on your b
