So we've been in and out of this place for the past month and a half due to an ongoing issue with our dog. At first, everyone seemed to be really caring and considerate but that has quickly changed. Every single time we take our dog in, there is something else that is wrong and more and more we have to pay for. They are quick to make us feel like we are responsible when really it's the lack of communication and things they themselves are doing wrong. I'm not happy about how any of this turned out, but the doctor "doesn't want to argue". Arrogant; and while they do seem to be affordable, there's a lack of respect there that I don't appreciate.
