I stumbled on a poor review of Durkin Cottages as I was looking up their website to get details on our rental for this summer. We have been renting from them annually since 1991 and have always found them to be extremely professional, accomodating, and reasonable. \r
They rent cottages and houses in a very wide range of price points from VERY simple shacks to oceanfront mansions. Renters need to adjust their expectations accordingly. I encourage anyone who is interested in spending time in Narragansett (and everyone should) to give Durkin a call.
