I had an issue with a Tankless Water Heater installed back in 2010. Dennis was out within 4 hours of calling Fast and had it fixed within an hour. In fact, after replacing the defective unit, he went beyond the call of duty and replaced the same part in the new tankless system that had failed in the previous one. That's what I call proactive! Thanks Fast for great customer service!\r
