I've been in need of a new hot water tank for a while now, and finally found a "skinny" enough one at Home Depot. I gave Home Depot my information and was contacted by Fast Water Heater Company very quickly (which was nice!) The gal on the call was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave me the install quote but warned me that there might be additional fees depending on what the tech sees upon arrival. We set up my appointment for the following week between 9am-11am. I was given a reminder message the evening before which was nice.\r

The tech arrived RIGHT ON TIME at 9am which was very refreshing as I'm used to companies giving you a "window" time period and showing up near the end of it - not with these guys. I worked with (Brandon) who was quite friendly and professional and provided a quote that included the same 40 gal electric water heater I looked at while at Home Depot.
