My water heater went out overnight and I woke up to water all over my garage floor. I called Fast Water Heater Company that morning and they were out at my house by noon that same day. I got the best customer care from the scheduler on the phone and the installer that came out. The installer was here between the time I was told, he called before he arrived to let me know when he'd be here, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I probably would have gotten a better price at a different company for my new water heater and installation, but it was worth whatever extra I had to pay to have same-day service and a neat, proper and thorough installation. The installer helped with some other issues and was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Fast Water Heater Company to any one of my friends.
