Review content:
I called around 5pm 3 days after Christmas when my water heater starting leaking. I talked to Bret in the office who was very helpful. He answered all my questions and was really nice. He didn't make me feel stupid because of my inexperience with water heaters and what needed to be done. The next day, Jacob did a beautiful install and was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to call them again.
