Mitch arrived within the 2 hour window that was scheduled for my repair. My hot water tank did not have a leak, fortunately, but he determined that not only was the leak coming from a connector hose, but a component on the hot water tank had been installed incorrectly. Thanks to his professionalism & due diligence, the repair was completed in just 1 hour. Not only that, but I got two free low-flow shower heads to help reduce my water usage. I'm glad my brother recommended FAST as I will also do the same when anyone ask for referrals for a hot water tank company.
