Well, long story short, I found water every where about two weeks ago, Sunday morning when my water heater decided to die and bleed out all 65 gallons of its water. \r

I called a few companies, and found Fast Water Heater Company is able to perform work on Sundays. After calling them, exchanging information on the situation and my existing water heater, I was told someone would be out by noon (called around 10am), and the quote and details we discussed would be emailed to me. Sure enough, fifteen minutes later, my in box was holding the emailed quote. \r

Around noon, I got a call from Jacob who called that he was going to be a little late and will need to pick up the new water heater at Home Depot, and the new arrival time would be close to 1pm. At 12:30, Jacob was backing in my driveway. I saw the water heater and noticed it wasn't the same brand as quoted on the phone and on the box it showed 9 year warranty instead of the 10 years.
