Review content:
I went to Anders Book Store on 6/28/10 to purchase books for my son. I was helped by an employee of Anders and she got all my books together for me. I asked was she sure these were the right books and she responded yes. Today my child starts school and the teacher says the books are wrong. I call Anders to find out what I could do and if they still had any used books. I was told they did not have any used books and I would have to pay full price for the new ones. I spoke with the manager and the owner and both were unwilling to help in any way. I asked if they got any used books in between now and tomorrow could they hold them for me. The owner's response was that is not fair to people coming in the door. I told her it was not fair to me who had been sold the wrong books. Then she told me I could not have a refund because it had been longer than 7 days since I purchased the books. They are RUDE and will not help anyone out.
