I read the reviews about how great Wilson Cleaning is but I would have to disagree. I hired them to clean the new house we bought before we moved in. First they got the appointment date and time all wrong. It's a big house about 4K square foot, which I explained to them on the phone in detail. They were supposed to do a thorough cleaning with 4-5 people that was supposed to take 4hrs at a rate of $125/hr. They took an extra hour and had the audacity to charge me over $700 for ?extra? items. They did not do what I asked them to specifically do and did such a poor cleaning that I ended up having to clean most of the house myself ! I called to complain and they would not reduce their rate but they did send folks out to ?fix? the job. The team they sent only spent 15min. in my home and basically did nothing. When I was interviewing other cleaning services to hire for ongoing maintenance they all commented on how poor a job Wilson Cleaning did. I feel cheated and would not
