Ive been living here for almost a year now. At first glance you are sucked in by the look of the apartments and the spacious floor plans. But once i moved in the reality kicked in, i have seen people walking around checking residents cars to see if any were unlocked, numerous domestic disturbances, and parking is a joke. not to mention the noise, if you do chose to stay at pinnacle at Otay ranch always chose the top floor, unless you want to hear running, jumping and music from the neighbors upstairs, and don't think about notifying the management because nothing will be done but they are so quick to put a three days notice on your door after rent is not in before the 3rd of each month. It has gotten so bad here that all the neighbors on my level and below me have moved out. the residents that were here when i moved in are no longer here and they each have common stories. i will not be renewing my least....the take away message don't judge a book by its cover
