Not only would I not recommend them, but I recommend to NOT use them. They totally ruined a brand new outfit, pulled it from the store and put it into storage. It took me weeks to get it back, and it was indeed ruined. they did not stand behind their work, and I was out a hundred dollars. I don't fault that they made mistakes, but if they had handled it in a timely manner, I could have gotten my outfit replaced. By the time they returned my garment, I saw that it was damaged beyond repair and it was too late to purchase another like it since the store no longer carried that particular outfit. I would not recommend Rupert's because in my dealings with them, they did not stand behind their work. I even went to the owner, and he didn't stand behind his company's work. Just say no.
