First of all let me say that my psychiatrist at JPA is awesome and really gets me and my problem. Yeah, you have to wait a little while longer than normal to see her but its worth it. What is not worthy of even speak of them is "the staff". They are rude, abrupt, inconsiderate and they won't even look you in the eye when assisting you. I have whatch treat other people the same way so it's not just me. The whole entire office staff needs to be fired starting with the office manager, who can never give you straight answers. I love my doctor but unfortunately I can't recommend her because of the terrible office staff. Sorry.
