I bought a gently used Nissan from here that had a few noticeable scratches on the bumper, rear door, side door, and front hood. I pointed them out to my salesman, and he assured me that when I went to pick up the car 3 business days later, these scratches would be fixed. \r \r Well, when I went to pick up the car, these scratches weren't even touched! I kindly called back my salesman and told him that I would have to bring the car back later in the week to fix them. They didn't want to set me up with a rental, so to avoid issues, I worked around MY work schedule and had a ride set up with a friend.\r \r Went to pick up the car, and only one scratch was touched up. It looked like someone just took a sharpie and colored in the scratch; very cheap and unprofessional looking. Also, a few NEW scratches were added to the front bumper. I complained AGAIN, but this time I had a large friend with me who told my salesman that I would definitely need a rental car because he no longer was able to dri
