I used them for 2 years. At first they were good, then every few monnths I had to call them to tell them that the cleaners left things unfinished. (I began leaving little pieces of paper in corners and places because they told me they had cleaned areas that I could see had not been touched). \r
At first, they were taking the correct amount of time, but this last 8 months, they were as bad as you can get. They left after only an hour (2 cleaners), they usually stayed at least 2 cleaners for 2 hours. They were so rushed and so unprofessional. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly - we have 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The house is always immaculate, we keep everything picked u[ and clean, we clean every day. But we do not scrub everything, which is what they are for. PLEASE don't use them. I have received no call back for a refund due - they also prebill you. They charge you for services before the service is rendered. SO beware if you use them. They owe me $330. for 3 cleanings that the
