...was a pleasant, easy, and fast experience. i have no point of reference having never been a dog owner before, but my experience wasn't anything like the previous reviewer's. the staff was nice, cheerful, greeted us and our puppy very warmly. the doctor gave our puppy a treat to distract him before sticking the thermometer up his butt (poor thing) and before giving him his shot. she also explained to us all the stuff we needed to know about shots and other preventative medication and we were given a tote bag full of information and even a free bag of puppy food before we left. from what the previous reviewer wrote, I would say their experience does not represent this veterinary clinic. it was an isolated instance and can probably be chalked up to that particular employee. anyway, 5 stars from me, and I will continue to take my puppy to this clinic.
